39-year-old Charles Hersel was arrested Wednesday at a mall in Thousand Oaks, California after allegedly paying a teenager $31 to spit in his face during a police sting investigation.

Before you say “I know several teenagers that would do that for free!” or “That does sound kind of sick, but I’m not sure it’s illegal,” several also claimed he offered them cash to urinate and defecate on him, which sounds much more serious (and gross).
